An exciting new concept and we invite you to join us. “From the Farm Gate” has gone after ten years and Billies has emerged. We named ourselves after my great Aunty Billie, who was an amazing cook and loved life. She was the most generous and gracious lady, always giving and her recipes would always be signed “love Billie”.

Our secure Online Shop is a showcase of our favourite utensils and equipment, a treat for yourself or a gift. It also showcases our home-made Salt and Herb blends for your tasty meals. Our seasonings are hand blended in small batches using the best all natural ingredients we can find in New Zealand. They are Preservative and Gluten free. We ship all over New Zealand.

Love Billie is our blog where we will bring news of everything that’s happening, share recipes old and new, and problem solve any issues you might be having with cooking, stain removal or any other day to day tasks. I will also tell you a little more about Aunt Billie and of course ourselves. I would also love to have your input – so make sure to leave comments for us!

Aunty Billies Kitchen is our Cook School in your own home, group or here at Billies Kitchen. We offer classes and mentoring to help you produce meals and food for all occasions. We will help with pantry sorting, meal planning, school lunches and parties. Our mentoring programme could be one on one or a small group where we will look at pantry contents and basic utensils, meal planning and grocery shopping.

Grans Tea Cups is our catering for small gatherings maybe a tea party in our garden or yours. We do great kids parties teaching them to cook, then eating what they have made!
